TERMS OF WORK

By booking a photography session with me, you agree to the following terms:

Authorship & Copyright

All photographs created during the session are the intellectual property of the photographer (the Author). Full copyright remains with the photographer at all times.

Clients, models, or any third parties are not permitted to alter, edit, apply filters, or otherwise modify the images without prior written consent from the photographer.

Any changes to the final images are considered additional work and are subject to a separate fee. In certain cases, the model may be allowed to make minor adjustments (such as facial corrections) only with the photographer’s prior approval.

The use of images for advertising, commercial purposes, or any form of monetization is strictly prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing.

Usage & Credit

Clients are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use the delivered images for personal purposes and social media.

Mandatory credit must be given to the photographer when publishing the images. Reposts by brands or third parties are permitted only with proper credit and without any alterations.

Any commercial use, transfer of images to third parties, or publication beyond personal use requires prior approval and may involve additional licensing fees.

Payment Terms

To secure a booking, a prepayment of 50% or 100% of the session fee is required. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before or on the day of the shoot. After full payment is received, a receipt will be provided.

Selection & RAW Files

If the client is granted the right to select shots, low-resolution RAW files may be provided solely for the purpose of selection. These files are not for use, publication, or distribution.

Retouching & Revisions

Basic retouching is included. Up to two rounds of revisions are included. Any further revisions (starting from the third round) are considered additional work and will be charged separately.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In case of delay, a fee of 7$ may be charged due to schedule disruption and working conditions. The duration of the session is not extended in case of lateness.

In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible upon agreement and subject to availability.

Contracts

Upon request or when necessary, a formal contract between the photographer and the client will be provided and must be signed prior to the session.

Delivery

Final edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. The photographer retains full artistic control over editing style, selection, and final output.

Rights Reserved

The photographer reserves the right to use the images for portfolio, website, and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by the photographer.
